[00:00:00] Speaker A: Success isn't accidental. It's the story you rewrite the moment you stop living by the script others handed you. Everything changes. I'm Ras Patel, and on the Ras Patel show, we go past the polished Personas and into the moments that shape us. We explore identity, reinvention, culture, courage, and the unscripted conversations that reveal how people rise, rebuild, and rediscover themselves. These aren't interviews. They're turning points, the kind that shift perspective and sometimes an entire path. When life reshapes you, when clarity breaks through, when boundaries shift, that's where the real journey begins. The Raz Patel Show. Story rewritten. Voices awakened. Journeys redefined. [00:00:45] Speaker B: Welcome to the Raz Patel Show. I'm Raz Patel and I'm here for the defining moments behind real success. Today I'm talking with Janelle Harris, founder of she Exists magazine, a platform built around visibility, voice and and community for women. Janelle, I'm happy you're here, and I want to talk about you. To start off with, when nobody needs anything from you, who are you? What do you do that makes you feel most like yourself? [00:01:17] Speaker C: Thank you. Thank you for having me rise. Congratulations to your amazing, beautiful show. You keep rising and enhancing and that's what we do. But for me, I'm little old me, as I would say. But of course, in the perfect world, in the real world, I'm a community focused professional. What keeps me going is seeing people like you and literally just watching you blossom into the woman who you are becoming. Does that make sense? And so taking our friendship and networking and just having it, you know, it's just bigger than us, right? Bigger than us. So for me, my job is done. So that's who I am. Community, Focus, publisher, marketer, consultant, jack of all trades. But at the end of the day, I am a mother and a wife. Okay? [00:02:17] Speaker B: Yeah. And you know, the fact, what you just said, you always thinking about someone else. I mean, listen, viewers, when I asked her about what makes her, she turned it around and spoke about me. And that's the beauty of Janelle. She just knows how to win people's heart. And I just love her for that and adore her for that. And that's why she succeeds in what she does. It's the heart that speaks above all. So let's talk a little bit further about your heart, Janelle. Not about me, about you. So you've gone through so many things in life, right? And that has shaped you. And we'll get a little bit more in terms of why she exists. He exists. Was Created because now you wish she exists. You also have he exists. There are things called boundaries, right? What's one boundary you've learned to just keep, not because you're cold, not because you're heartless, but because you're building something that matters to you? [00:03:19] Speaker C: Well, it's a great question. I want to be so transparent on your show and so honest. Boundaries is something that I'm learning. I'm still learning. And in my last four months of my sabbatical, I'm learning that boundaries is something that we have to set expectations about. Clear communication. Right. And so we can be in the trenches and we can be this hard working woman and Shiro. But is that really what's it? Is that really the, the end thing? Or is the in. In thing your peace, you know, your mental, mental space. So for me, respect, integrity. Because all of that, once you set those expectations, for instance, I shouldn't pick up my phone after 10 o', clock, right? If I'm having a good time and I don't need to get the phone. So I'm now learning boundaries. And it took devastation in my life for me to realize, wait a second, what matters? So I'm just going to say to Roz, as since I was about 17, 18, I've been running. When I say running, not running from anything, but running to my passion, running to my purpose. Meeting goals and the expectations for my life. Ignoring motherhood, good purpose. Because my purpose, I'm thinking meeting the goals, right? Meeting my career, being successful. And I'm thinking that's the end thing for me, if that makes sense. [00:05:14] Speaker B: Right. [00:05:15] Speaker C: But believe it or not, five months ago, everything came crashing down. Nothing matters when devastation meets the rubber. And I'm going to be honest, I am now understanding after 40 something years what boundaries really are. [00:05:37] Speaker B: Yeah. And you know, and thank you for being so vulnerable and honest with me. And it's not easy, especially when you're wearing multiple hats. You are a mom and let me tell you, one of the best moms around. Okay. I mean, what you've done is impressive for both of your kids. And you are a wonderful mom. And you are always driving to see the better side of everyone. And that's the empowerment in you, the inspiration that you have about this world. And that's why people get inspired and are attracted to you. Now one of the biggest things that you also work through is in your healthcare setting. [00:06:18] Speaker C: Right. [00:06:19] Speaker B: Because here you have all these media channels and we're connecting people. So how do you. Let's take the Janelle in The healthcare setting. How are you under pressure under that leadership where you are shining in your magazine, shining as a mom, shining as a wife, shining as a daughter in law, then you taking all this pressure and yet you thrive in it. That leadership in you that comes out. How do you also maintain that leadership under pressure in the healthcare setting? Because it's completely different altogether. [00:06:57] Speaker C: Wow, great question. Rahaz. You're so good at this. I'm telling you, pressure is the right word for this. Pressure challenges hardship. And what we don't understand, we don't face it until we're in it. Because there's no manual to that. So you've said it. I'm a relationship builder. I'm a community resource, and I know how to do it so well. Right. I know how to connect, I know how to give passion. But one of the things that I couldn't do well is navigate my household. And you know why? Because I was always the workaholic. Now I do come from a two family, so I do have my husband. He's very much involved. But we're workaholics. How's that? We're workaholics. And I just believe that you can't have success if you don't master your household. Right, Right. I'm. I'm coming with the truth. I'm coming with reality because I guess I was running from the heartaches and the pain of being away for so long and missing this gap that was truly needed. Does that make sense? [00:08:27] Speaker B: Yeah, it makes complete sense because it all starts from the home. And how you navigate the pressures from your home also sets your tone for the outside world. So well said. Now there's something that you're lying. Your quote that I want. I'm just curious because I haven't heard this, at least personally heard from you. So I'm very curious. You've said all money is not good money. Where is that coming from? And how is that factored into that rule of non negotiable for you? What does all this mean? Because it completely throws me off track when it comes to you, Janelle. [00:09:06] Speaker C: Yeah. So you know what I've learned to Roz and that that's such a. Oh my God, it's so good what you just said. You know, after a while in life, especially in your journey and when you have truly set good seeds, right? When you're intentional on purpose, meaning when you're really set out to do a good thing. Now we're talking about years because we're not perfect. And I'm sure in life we've fell down a couple of times, right? And so it's at this age of maturity and it's like, you know what? I'm. No, this is what I'm out to do. And this is a heart. This is humanity. And you're serious about life and you're serious about relationships, right? You're automatically being aligned with humanity right? Now, I say that because when you're so guarded and so focused in doing what's right, guess what, the universe, or let's say God, will not allow harm to you. So whatever those connections are coming, whether whatever the agenda is, it will not come forth. [00:10:23] Speaker B: Right. [00:10:24] Speaker C: And. And that took me some time to understand. I'll say, why is all of this happening? Well, guess what? Because it's not in alignment with the vision. So I've learned when you have, you've put this in the atmosphere. [00:10:40] Speaker B: You've. [00:10:41] Speaker C: You've ritualed this good life, good assignment, good people, good circle, good community. You've set good deeds. So this is what it's going to be. You can't turn back now. So anything that comes your way, it has to be in alignment with the vision or else it will not come full circle. [00:11:01] Speaker B: And I will said thank you, Janelle. So and I want to get back to you in a second in just a brief break and talk about, you know, how you are building not just a business, but building a platform for all the voices in a bit. [00:11:18] Speaker C: Thank you. [00:11:31] Speaker B: Welcome back to the Ras Patel Show. I'm here with Janelle Harris and I want to talk about the craft of building a platform that people actually trust. Janelle, we left off with you and building a voice, not just a business. Your mission statement called she exists is a safe haven for many. And I think you have a he exist as well part of it from now on. So in terms of the she exist for feminine energy. That's why you drawn for and a platform where women are actually heard, not just seen, but their voice really matters. How did you decide what the brand stands for and what it will never trade for clicks? I mean, this is huge platform. [00:12:15] Speaker C: Janelle, thank you. Thank you. Well, thank you so much. Humble. And I'll tell you one thing, it wasn't always peachy for me, so I did the opposite. Right. So I was the one that, you know, didn't have a voice because no one allowed me to have a voice again. If you're in a corporate setting, you know that you are not in this business alone and everybody wants what you have, especially if it's good. And so I decided to live. That was the first boundaries. Who am I? Who's Janelle? She exists. Because it's like, here I am, here I am. Dimming your own light and start to talk to so many women. Do you know that they went through those same things? And so one day I got into a devastated situation with my son and I'm on the highway and I heard just a voice said, you exist, she exists. And immediately it's still not about me. I decided to meet so many people online through the pandemic. And I've interviewed over 400 women just to find out who they are. And so what did you get out of. [00:13:42] Speaker B: So what is the pattern, Janelle? What did you get out of interviewing 400 women? Because that's incredible. Many people wouldn't even know the thought of interviewing so many. What was the pattern you heard, saw and heard and felt with their same incredible voices whether they wanted to be heard or not? What, what, what went through your mind? [00:14:02] Speaker C: Empowerment. Empowerment equals authority, equals opportunity and dual storytelling. And I said to myself, in the process of me interviewing someone, I was able to be empowered through their story. That was powerful. And then I took it a step further and I said, you know what? I want to have a page that women can shine. Women, fashion, beauty, it's all empowerment, self care. And that led me into digging deeper. But do you know, Roz, in the process of this foundation is where I felt my strength and found who I am through community building. [00:15:00] Speaker B: That's impressive. Through others voice, you found your inspiration and your voice. Oh, that's so touching. That's incredible. Now let's, you know, take a step back on the magazine itself. Your magazine, as you mentioned, it's about fashion, celebrities and, and real people. How are you managing about showing this in one one magazine, the luxury and entertainment and empowerment all together? How, how are you able to balance all that? [00:15:37] Speaker C: Great question. Alignment, allowment, alignment. And then let's talk about the empowerment. Because once you are empowering, you are in the authority space and to others. Authority space. Yes, we have authority over ourselves. Right? And so with that being said, impactful. I found out that I was a visionary during these times. I found out that I was a media influencer. All of those things in one. Had I not put that foot forward. Right. And so let's talk about your story for once coming from healthcare, pharmacy, just nutrition. Look at everything that holds into you that's impactful. [00:16:29] Speaker B: Right. [00:16:30] Speaker C: And we're here now, media, right. Next year. Actually you just came back from Thailand. My whole point is you are doing amazing things. I saw an interview with Miss Universe. Yes. [00:16:48] Speaker B: Yes. [00:16:49] Speaker C: It's. [00:16:49] Speaker B: It's because, like you said, it's an alignment. It's getting the voice and everyone hearing from a voice that means that they're well relatable and understanding. At the end of day, we are vulnerable, we are authentic, and we are real no matter what line of trade we work in. So agree with you and thank you for that. I mean, you couldn't have said it better. So let's talk about the momentum. Janelle, when. When you are behind the scene, right? Because I know, and I thank you for coming. I know you. It takes you a while to get on any kind of shows because you just like to just make everyone else feel powerful. So thank you. When you talk about momentum and when you behind the scenes about how. How does it make you. When someone. When you make others rise, Some people clap, some people don't. Right? So how do you balance the situation when the silence of the clap does not exist, or you think it does not exist, what happens in your mind when you go through that? [00:17:59] Speaker C: Wow. So great question. I'm telling you because I have the answer. So. So I've been doing this for so long, right? Let's just say five years, the only owner, and definitely have an amazing team. So I want to honor my team as well. Right. Last edition was very challenging. Was not connecting. Nothing was in alignment. Right. But I decided to finally write a chapter in this edition. Right. And so do you want to know another transparency? This is so honest. Please. Being an influencer, you know what you're doing outside of you, you know the impact, but you also know that you're in business for other people to just serve themselves, right? So it's a little bit of that. And so I decided to write my article just on. Based on where I was in that mental space. And, you know, everyone's like, oh, my God, Janelle, you're finally gonna do something for you, right? You're finally gonna do an article because you're never on the COVID And so. Oh, you're gonna get a lot of people to purchase, you know, your. Your addition because they want to know about you. [00:19:28] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:19:29] Speaker C: Guess what? You ready? [00:19:31] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:19:32] Speaker C: Only five people purchased my article. [00:19:38] Speaker B: Oh, my gosh. [00:19:40] Speaker C: That's. That's reality. [00:19:43] Speaker B: After all that hard work, right? [00:19:46] Speaker C: That's reality. And so here's. Here's the pivoting moment, right? [00:19:51] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:19:52] Speaker C: I started this to find out who is Janelle, who. She exists. Right. And I did this to the very core, whether people were taking, whether people were selfish, it, to me, it didn't matter. That was the lesson a couple of months ago, I was faced with. And guess what? I still felt good. I still felt that this was a very, very thing that I wanted to do. I wasn't hurt by it. I wasn't surprised by it. And I feel that this is why this sabbatical. Do you see about the alignment? [00:20:40] Speaker B: That's huge. I mean, the fact that you kept going, given your situation, that's huge. So we're going to get to that in a bit. Now I'm going into visibility. What happens when you become the face of the thing and how you stay grounded when the platform grows faster than your capacity. Stay tuned. I'm back with my favorite Janelle Harris, and I want to talk about the part people romanticize because being seen is powerful and it can also cost you. So when your platform, Janelle, is built around empowerment, people will bring you their pain. Right. How do you hold space without carrying that weight? [00:21:35] Speaker C: Wow. So, you know, this is where boundaries come in, in balance. You know, understanding that there are obstacles, there are pains. Right. But then you again, the pivoting part, this is where you have to pivot. So I'm going to answer for me because again, as you see, I went through a huge devastation during this last quarter, and I had to pivot because I had to make a decision. Are you that publisher? Right. Or are you that pain? And I talked my problems, I talked to my situation. And I say all of this because during that devastation, there have been many, many devastations through each edition. It just has its own devastation. Whether it's financial, whether there was a hiccup, whether the production was not working, whether the talent on the COVID you know, is, you know, bougie, let's say that different things. Whether the stylist didn't show up. It has its own defeat, its own devastation, but you have to keep going. And so, yes, we've had the masterpiece. We had tiny. We've had so many women, so many powerful celebrities, and so many amazing entrepreneur. And so addition, whether it costs the pain. I read each article and it's like, this is why I do the things that I do. You know, I feel everybody's pain, but I also see everybody's pivot, right? And then. And then after seeing such a beautiful article, the way it's designed, and then guess what? After I can zero and tap in to the women success after they've been featured, that gives me so much glory. [00:23:38] Speaker B: Yeah. See and that's beautiful because you are always. See it's all about boundaries like you said. Right. And how you don't want to take their pain into yours. But you've said a lot, a lot. And you've learned through it. So through the years you've learned a lot in terms of what to give and what to take and whether it's the personal or whether it's the professional. And you take all that into your magazine as well. But is there anything we can talk about that you would have done differently a year from now, earlier or a few years earlier? Or is would you keep going in this pace that you're going and you think everything is a learning lesson, but it's actually a growth. So what are your thoughts on that? Would you have looked back and said, no, I should have changed this or what are your thoughts? [00:24:28] Speaker C: Well, my regrets is not being 100%. Motherly to my children. I'm going to say that's all the success, all the, you know, the, the chairs means absolutely nothing when you have children that are saying you were never around. Right. So when you look at the last edition of the impact my article gave, if you will, we're not speaking about that entire edition because it did great. It did excellent. Shows that you've stepped away for your passion. But look at the trauma that it has impact your love. Right. And so here's the thing. So you're doing all of this, but the main people that need to be impacted. Right. And impacted in a powerful way for me was not being impacted. [00:25:50] Speaker B: Wow. [00:25:52] Speaker C: That was my reckoning deep, Janelle. [00:25:55] Speaker B: I mean, I personally think they are impacted in many ways. [00:26:01] Speaker C: They are. [00:26:02] Speaker B: You may not think that because as a mother, because as a mother, what do we do? We're so self doubting and we're also overprotective at the same time. And we're always wondering, are we doing enough? And that's where it's coming in. That, that little spark of self doubt, that's what's coming in for you to think that you're not impactful. But honestly, if you look back, you've done a tremendous job of supporting as a mom and as a woman. [00:26:34] Speaker C: Thank you so much. [00:26:35] Speaker B: I, I'm sorry, but I have to beg to differ on that because you are impactful. [00:26:42] Speaker C: Thank you. Thank you. [00:26:44] Speaker B: And you, and that's again, it's because you always, always striving to do the best for everyone. And that's just you, Janelle. So when, let's take a step back on the magazine. I think you did a great job. That's again, about being impactful. Right. You've awarded so many people in your time. You've given so much of recognition, right. Of your time, your energy and made people feel elevated. How does that make you feel when you're giving those awards? About giving the recognition through your magazine and just elevating people? I've seen it. I've seen you work through it and the smile radiates in others. But I want to know from you, because when you're in the zone, it's hard to read you. [00:27:38] Speaker C: Yes, yes. As you. I'm so concentrating on, you know, the perfection of it that I can't enjoy, you know, the fruitful events out of it, if that makes sense. Right. So it's just where I don't play with this thing because I'm so passionate about it. Right. And so there's one thing that's off. It's like, oh my God, you know, and again, that's because I beat myself up. And again, like I said, this is going to be very transparent for me. This is probably one of my honest interview. However, what comes to my mind is harvesting, sowing, being intentional and manifestation. Okay. And you treat people how you want to be treated. And I believe all again, that foundation has led up to having a contract with the United Nations. Right. Being in places where never thought in a million years. Just having the contact, being able to pick up the phone and being a huge resource. Just also having a magazine that you can be distribution in, News Hudson News. Also connecting with some amazing PRs in LA. And even though I am not a bragger, but it still shows me who I am and keep on going. Great job, Janelle. You are on your way. I feel that the best is yet to come, but there's a lot of dead weight and seeds that have to truly be out my way in order for me to turn key. And that is what God has been shown me through this last season here. Beautiful, beautiful. [00:29:48] Speaker B: Thank you for that. And I, I, I agree. I mean, you're not being boastful or bragful, it's just what you're stating the fact. And you're doing a tremendous job. Because when you are in alignment to yourself and to your mission, you know, the world opens up and the doors open up and in just a few years, you've expanded exponentially. Speaking of exponentially, you know, other than the algorithms, the Internet, all that hype that goes on with the maybe the algorithm is working this way and that whatever those are. All right, now Hearsay. And I don't really focus on that because like you, I want to focus on just talking and being authentic. [00:30:29] Speaker C: Right. [00:30:29] Speaker B: So when you go through those things, you, how are you making sure that your mission stays on track and you are giving your all depth in your service to everyone that you are giving through your magazine. How do you stay true and how do you stay on track? [00:30:48] Speaker C: Wow, that's a very great question. So I want to say authentic is the number one key because once I'm authentic and true to myself, I'm on track because it's about seeing it through. That makes sense. And you witness that chaos is always in a production. You can't help it. But I think the main focus point for me is to see it through when all hells break break loose. Right. And so the mission, if there wasn't no mission, we couldn't see it through. Right. And so for me, again, devastation hit. It did take a while. We had some ups and downs, we had delays, but I saw it through because I understand that God is, I'm a very God fearing woman. I, I have to put God first because most of the times and all the time God is bringing me through my trials and tribulations. Right. I'm going to tell you that there's always trials and tribulation. Nothing works right in my life. And I've learned, I've actually heard Oprah, Oprah would say, I have a big life. I have a big life. This is what she says I have. She quotes, I have a big life. And when I have a big life, things are not going to go as planned. Always have to be in troubleshoot mode. Right, Right. And that is me. I'm always troubleshooting. [00:32:32] Speaker B: There you go. And it's all about staying on track, troubleshoot, have a solution and move forward. Thank you for that, Janelle. We'll be right back. [00:32:43] Speaker C: Foreign. [00:32:55] Speaker B: Welcome back to our final segment. Janelle. I want to end with identity and impact because platforms come and go, but legacy is what stays. When you think of the five years forward, no even one year forward, forget five. Nowadays we don't even think about five years. What does success look like? That has nothing to do with followers and everything to do with who you've become. Wow. [00:33:22] Speaker C: Wow, that is great. Success for me is definitely maturity. You know, I'm always looking to be better. Right. Because when you're better, your legacy is better. Leading by example. So I have two children that I want to make sure that they understand that nothing's handed to them. So, you know, family is important to me. Again, that empowerment comes with authority and leaving a legacy of love. That's me leaving a legacy of true love. Once it is so successful. The synergies there, the love is in the atmosphere. We've scored. We've scored another edition. And you saw the last edition, the edition before we. We do so well. I don't care about the numbers, Roz. I want to be so honest, right. When you have the magazine store upselling, you know the price, it makes me smile. You know it. When you see we're putting it for 9.99 and then it's on the sponsor of Facebook and it's 11.99 and it's out of stock. Right, right, right. And of course, they shouldn't be doing that because to me, they tell me, okay, we're out of stock. Right. But it's 11.99 and they're ordering more. And then I in the mail and there's a check in the mail. I'm not for it because I'm finished. I'm done. That tells me how well we're doing out there, right? [00:35:11] Speaker B: Yeah, it's a. It's just a validation of where you are and where you've become and where you're going. So, you know, hats off to that. It's a great feeling, of course, because you want to be rewarded as well. So doing a tremendous job of it. Now, you've described she exist as more than a magazine, right. An integrated model that includes print events and online community. What part of that ecosystem do you believe will matter most in the future? And why? Why? [00:35:41] Speaker C: What do you think? So I'm pivoting, right? I'm pivoting into a whole nother ball game. Right. So we take marketing consulting, right? [00:35:56] Speaker B: Right. [00:35:57] Speaker C: Media and consulting firm is coming next, right? The resources. So I want to say that this is our first tier, right? Because you want to actually build a company in different stages. And the first stages was definitely digital to print. Actually going into a global space. Right. And also getting vetted for that. And of course, initially, the first part, you don't know where this is going, right? You. You can. You can only imagine where it can go, but you don't know where it's going until you literally put the work in. Right. And so after you put the work in, you look at yourself from two to three years and you see what you've done with nothing. I'll say that again. What you've done with nothing. Right now I'm in the pivoting space where I'm cleaning up house. Right. My environment. And also moving into another space with something. So I tore through this sabatical. I tore everything apart. And when I say that was dive deep. Okay, so there's 72,000 subscribers. Right. These are the demographics. I broke everything down. I broke down the population. I looked into all these emails and I'm like, okay, these are resources. Right? These are real people. These are not trolls. And so now partnering with you, partnering with other resources in the media outlet and also going global and also too, with the World cup, you know, coming this year. And so I think what's happening is sometimes whether you do it or not, because you may not do it, like, you may keep going and going and going, but sometimes there's a tragic that happens to slow you down so you can take a real inventory. Right. I'm literally in this space. I'm understanding the space because I need to deter you. I need to move you over here so you can see and it goes back to you're. You're valuable, but who are you valuable to? [00:38:32] Speaker B: Right? Right. [00:38:34] Speaker C: So now I need you to focus here because now you see the bigger picture right now. Let's move this operation to where it's going to be valuable. Right? [00:38:51] Speaker B: Right. [00:38:52] Speaker C: So that's where we are. And so where we're moving is on a whole nother level. And I can honestly say, because we started this conversation, I feel like this is like this jigsaw puzzle that's going into the right direction and it's boundaries. I am definitely instilling boundaries now. And this magazine is not for everybody. Right. Janelle Harris is not for everybody. Right. And I'm so glad that I'm here to say that I'm not for everybody. [00:39:31] Speaker B: I'm so proud of you because that itself brings up the value that you were talking about just a few seconds ago. Because what is value at the end of day, it's about leadership. It's about instilling the idea, the quality of who you are. And that leadership goes a long way and you're doing a great job by just being the role model that you are. Others will be inspired to say Janelle with, she exists, has value, and she's drawn a line because she believes in herself and the quality and the people that she brings on board. Also, I need to do the same thing. So that's huge. Hats off to you because I commend you for that. You're not just taking on anyone and everyone. It's the value, the authenticity and the mission driven that you've had from day one. So when it comes to the leadership and the value, is there anything you want to say directly about that? That's, you know, everybody talk gives quotes. But is there something you can talk about value and leadership a step further from that? Because you've already spelled it beautifully. [00:40:34] Speaker C: Thank you. Build it and they will come. You know, I, I say that because you're in this business, you really don't know what to do. Right, Right. Some people are lucky and some people are just, you know, they learn as they grow. But for me is if I'm, I'm self taught, no one taught me. And so if you have to look at your body, it takes one to feel the other. And there's a PR in me, there's a marketing in me, there's a consultant in me. And so it's like I'm going higher. So our consultant firm is coming and because that's what you do best, right? You consult, you close deals, you market. So if I continue and I'm gonna just, just close with this, if I continue to do the same old thing, I am not going to be a great leader in the leadership space. Right. And so I leave people with build it and they will come. But also I close with all money is not good money. [00:41:47] Speaker B: Right, Right. Beautiful. Well said. And that's a wonderful wrap. And then I want to have Janelle just say a few lasting words about what legacy you want to leave behind. Whether it's as the mom, does she exist? What is Janelle that she wants to leave behind? Because of course, when you're on print, you're leaving a legacy. So, Janelle. [00:42:09] Speaker C: Yeah? Be. Be the best mother that you can be. Love your children. Love your children. Tell them how much you love them. I'm learning to listen more, communicate. But be the best mother, because that's your legacy. Your children are your legacy no matter what. And always take time out to be that mother. [00:42:34] Speaker B: Well done. Well said. Thank you so much. All right, so, Janelle, last few things. Where can people find you? Because with the quality, with the mission that you have, I'm sure we can find you some more quality people and more valuable people to follow you and get inspired by you. [00:42:53] Speaker C: Thank you. Www.sheexists.mag Just reach out. You can go on that website and then just, you know, key in what you need, and we will definitely provide the resources that you need. [00:43:07] Speaker B: Perfect. Thank you. Any social channels or LinkedIn or Instagram or. That's good enough. [00:43:13] Speaker C: Yes, Janelle Harris. They're there, but again, the website is where you can definitely find me. For sure. [00:43:21] Speaker B: Perfect. Thank you. And thank you once again, Janelle, for bringing both conviction and heart. I love conversations that remind us about success isn't just what we build. It's what we become when we're building it. And that sums you up completely. [00:43:37] Speaker C: I'm. [00:43:37] Speaker B: I'm extremely, extremely humbled that you came to discuss a little bit and maybe continue our conversations down in the future and where you become after a year. So looking forward to that. [00:43:50] Speaker C: Thank you. Yes. [00:43:52] Speaker B: I'm Raz Patel, and this is the Raz Patasho. Frozen to fearless. I'll see you next time.
